“Working as a teacher for Professional Dance Experience means that I get all the joys of the profession without the worry! There is no having to conform to a particular syllabus or the loom of upcoming exams that can be so stressful.

The students get the opportunity to experience a different style of teaching and learn repertoire that so many have always dreamt of dancing. There is always a great buzz of excitement afterwards, which makes for a very satisfying day!”

Christie Bell, PDE Summer Course teacher 2014 and former Workshop Leader, South Region (former Northern Ballet dancer)

“Seeing the inspiration and knowledge that students of all ages and abilities gain from working with ex-professional dancers makes my job an absolute pleasure.

I feel privileged to be able to share my professional experience and my enthusiasm for dance with the next generation of young dancers”
